The Library is open to readers with a valid library card from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualified readers with a valid card may access the Library without a reservation.

Registered readers whose card expired less than 5 years ago may access the Library to renew their card.

New readers, or those whose card has been expired for more than 5 years, must meet the eligibility requirements and complete the access procedures before visiting.
